The festival is a unique opportunity for all coffee lovers who want to taste the coffee flavors from around the world.
The second edition of Zagreb’s local coffee festival just ended with a dense agenda full of events, competitions and connections for the coffee community. Exhibitors came from all over the world with representatives from origin countries like Brazil and Indonesia and roasters from Eastern Europe. During this two day event (24th - 25th May) we also assisted to three competitions: the first editions of Zagreb Barista Showdown and Cafflano Championship and the second edition of thre Moka Challenge!
For Cafflano it was the first time in a championship. The formula chosen for this competition was completely innovative, in fact no electrical equipment was used, only manual preparations!
The elimination round was completed using Cafflano Kompact while for the finals the Cafflano Kompresso was used. The manual gronders were provided by 1Zpresso.
