This 2-days course introduces extraction theory, espresso professional tasting and brew recipes. Students will also improve their milk steaming technique, focusing on Latte Art basis.
Brew recipes and their variables will be explored in more detail with tasting in order to figure out how dose, time, bean particle size and temperature of water can influence our brewing. Some advanced tools will be used as the refractometer, which allows you to gain an objective vision of your brewing.

However, the Foundation Level qualification is NOT compulsory (10 Coffee Diploma points).
