The sensory analysis is a sensory evaluation that has been defined as a scientific method used to evoke, measure, analyse and interpret those responses to products as perceived through the senses of sight, smell, touch, taste and hearing. With this course you can achieve the coffee cupping method used to systematically evaluate the aroma and taste characteristics of a sample of coffee beans.
