His passion for coffee made him want to explore more about this world, spending a lot of time in training and field trips to origin countries. He participated in several education programs in origin countries teaching the Coffee Diploma System modules to international students, in Honduras at Café Capucas, in Colombia at Café Quindio and in Brazil at Finca Esperanza.
He is very passionate about coffee and developed solids skills working as a consultant and as barista during Coffee Festivals in Italy and the rest of Europe for many companies and barista training centers.
In 2014 he opened a Training School and in March 2017 he launched the second Tazze Pazze Coffee Shop in Genoa.
He achieved the Coffee Diploma in 2015 with important italian SCA Trainers like Andrej Godina, Francesco Sanapo and Alberto Polojac with whom he now collaborates.
