Davide Spinelli was born in Cagliari and has started to work in food&beverage industry fifteen years ago as barman. At first his approach to coffee was not really positive, but his interested for this beverage grew very soon. After becoming a wine sommelier and oil taster he decided to explore coffee world much more in depth from a professional point of view and in 2008 he started attending some dedicated courses. Leaving the bartending for the café, he is now an Authorized SCA Trainer for Barista and Brewing modules since 2013.

In 2014 he won the Italian Aeropress Championship and he was several times in the finals of SCA’s Italian Brewing and Coffee and good Spirits championships.
